Today I go in for my last sesion 6 hours of needle work to finish up this experience. I am finishing my tattoo finally about a year and a half in the works and it is almost complete. The anticipation I am feeling right now is unbelievable. It is a scared almost nastolgic feeling and I cannot wait to post up pictures of the finished product. I have only gone to one artist through out the full experience and it has been worth it. All the colors match p and it has so much meening and I will always remember the man that I got it from the place where I got it and the times I had and meening behind it. On the back of my Calf is my Coat of arms, this will all become clearer with the pictures posted but I figure I will tell you all about it anyway, above that is a closed face helmet, the simbolism behing everything in my coat of arms and the helmet are great and I may get into them but not now, around the coat of arms and the helmet are ribbons of gold and red and below the coat of arms is my family's moto, "Vulneratus Non Victus," which means wounded but not defeated. Coming out from behind the ribons are sleaves decorated with Celtic knotwork which comes to the front of my shin where the knotwork turns into the cuffs of a shirt with shamrock links. The hands coming from the cuffs are holding a heart with the crown on top completing the Claddah. I cannot wait. I rented the complete 5th season of Family Guy to watch though the 5 to 6 hour process of the tattooing being done and I cannot wait. I can't even get any work done. LOL tomorrow better be more productive.
